The 2014 Lexus CT 200h has been updated in this, its fourth year on the market. With a new grille and front fascia design, the CT now has styling more closely aligned with the newer models in the Lexus lineup. The CT remains not only the littlest model in the Lexus lineup but also the only luxury compact hybrid hatchback on the market. It doesn't sell in huge numbers compared to, say, the RX crossover that dominates that luxury segment--but it's still been a low-key success for Lexus. In its favor: a likeable, fun-to-drive character, the long list of standard and available features, and of course the lowest entry price of any Lexus model. The Lexus CT is likely to appeal to buyers who've been through a Prius or two and want something with a bit more luxe that still gets good gas mileage, as well as more traditional luxury buyers looking to downsize--and, the brand hopes, some first-time luxury buyers who may include tech-savvy younger drivers looking at their first-ever Lexus.
